Junct

Designed by Gwenola Kidd Corbett from BoyishType.

Junct is at its core two things: a (sort of) revival of Rudolf Koch's Neuland, and an extrapolation of the Schoolhouse Rock! logo drawn by Tom Yohe. Both sources use bold letters in a playful and loose way, which is a great descriptor for Gwen's design and work in general. The organic curves and bottom-heavy contrast let it overlap naturally with a sense of stability at the baseline.

We think Junct is an easy choice for setting titles big and loud, but it also works hard across the eight weights to be useful in a range of applications. Junct is available as the full 8-weight family, single styles, or something we are calling "Team Extreme" that contains both the Black and Hairline weights.
